Menopause support consultation online. Our menopause consultations are designed to provide you with the help and support you need to take control of your menopause. This is not a medical consultation but we can provide you with a letter for your GP to discuss your options further. Our aim is to provide you with evidence-based information and advice and support you in making choices that work best for you. We’ll then work with you to create a personalised holistic menopause treatment plan that will help you on your journey to feeling yourself again. We believe in holistic approach to menopause treatment, which is always based on your individual needs and symptoms. You will receive a menopause diary that will help you to document your symptoms, you will also be eligible to join our private Mindful Moments Menopause support facebook page where you will find useful tips and meditation sessions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a £20 cancellation fee.
